Kerisa Ramirez ‘26, is usually found with her nose in a book. When she is not reading, she is working hard hosting book drives to donate to women's shelters with the club she founded her Freshman year, Pages of Color; or writing to create stories she has yet to hear of. Developing worlds, characters and plots she awaits to share with others. This includes writing novels, short stories and more. Kerisa is a METCO student who wishes to use her unique education experience to its fullest potential. This includes taking advantage of every opportunity she typically wouldn’t receive if she attended a school in Boston. Kerisa believes that the best way to explore what exactly METCO is, is by navigating the story of her METCO family history.
